Mast proposal for Emsworth

A planning application has been submitted by Hampshire County Council for a 50-metre anemometry mast in north Emsworth. The mast would be temporary, positioned in Southleigh forest’s landfill site for a year to record wind data. There would be four sets of guy cables anchored 25 metres from the base holding it in place.
